The WNYRHS is striving to preserve and promote the rich railway heritage that was and still is part of Western New York history. Through the preservation and restoration of railroad Depots, Locomotives, Passenger and Freight Cars, and hundreds of railroad artifacts, the society is working toward creating an interperative visitors museum in the WNY area.
